How Do I Book?

Contact me and I’ll give you a list of available dates which work for us both. £75 secures your booking and guaranteed place in my diary. You’re set!

How much do you charge?

If you are located within a 25 mile radius of Cambridge or Brighton, I have bases in both areas and a set price including mileage for a 2 hour shoot at £250. This includes 15 hi and low res images from your shoot. With the option to buy extra images at an additional cost.

Styling and costume hire is extra.

I cover all areas of the UK outside of this. Mileage charges are detailed below.

Every client is unique so it follows their shoot will be too. So each shoot is designed with this in mind. Please contact me to discuss your needs so I can give you an exact price.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. After you have paid your deposit (£75) you can elect to pay for the remaining balance of your shoot across four instalments via Paypal depending on your intended date. The full balance of your photo session must be cleared 24 hours before your shoot takes place.

How do I prepare for my shoot?

Before I even take one photo of you, I will take the time in getting to know you and the kind of photos you want. We will have two calls or Zoom meetings. The first before you've even made your booking! Once you make an enquiry, we will arrange a time to chat so I can get to know more about what makes you - you! And the kind of photoshoot you're looking for.

We'll run through all your questions and how I can turn your vision into not just a magical reality, but an experience which hands you images and memories to treasure for always.

Our second call will take place a couple of days before the shoot itself so we can finalise the details. And ensure everything goes smoothly on the day.

Do I have to be in the photos?

Not if you don’t want to or you don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera. I can take beautiful fine art portraits of just your horse. With a natural or black background. And also at liberty in the field or arena.

What can I expect on the day?

Laughter. Fun. Letting your relationship with your horse, partner – anyone, shine and stand out. Above all, you’ll be relaxed. No awkward poses. Nothing that seems unnatural or forced. You’ll most likely forget the camera is there.

What should I wear?

Whatever you want. Those favourite jeans or breeches. Your wedding dress or other special outfit. Or simply what makes you feel relaxed, comfortable, special, yourself. The French have a saying when it comes to choosing what to wear: Wear a friend.

I carry a large range of beautiful outfits and gowns. And thanks to my contacts in film, TV and theatre, I am in the unique position of being able to access costumes from movies and West End shows. Be who you've always dreamed of being. Whether this is a princess in a fairy tale or a cowgirl in Yellowstone. My job is to make you feel your best on the day - and to take away the images that capture that feeling forever.

What about the weather?

I don’t need bright sunshine or clear skies for your shoot. All it needs to be is dry without too much wind. Your deposit guarantees your shoot and if the weather isn’t cooperating on the day booked, we simply reschedule for another date.

Where I am isn’t as good looking as me or my horse! Should I even invest in a photoshoot?

Location, location, location isn’t everything. But the light is everywhere. And I make the most of that. And whatever interesting textures, angles, buildings, backdrops your yard or even a paddock has to offer. All we need is somewhere safe and where you have permission to be. Let’s discover the hidden potential right where you are.

If this isn't possible and you have transport, I am happy to meet you at a location of your choice. Or you can travel to where I am just outside of Cambridge which offers plenty of beautiful and safe locations.

What areas of the UK do you cover?

I am based in both Cambridge and Brighton and offer clients within 25 miles of both areas set priced shoots which include travel to you at no extra charge.

For clients outside of these zones, there is an additional charge of 45p per mile each way. This is calculated at time of booking.

Is there a discount if others at my yard also want a photoshoot?

Yes, provided you and your friend(s) are at the same location and have your shoots running concurrently on the same day. I also offer a discount on costume hire if you are hiring more than one outfit. Please contact me for a price.

How soon after my shoot do I get my pictures?

Waiting to see your images is the most exciting and highly anticipated part of the entire process. I do understand that waiting to see the final result can seem like forever! Usually you will receive your first 3-5 edited images in your private gallery within 24 hours of your shoot. Your entire gallery will be available to view and download (depending on your shoot package), within one week.

Do you only take photos of horses?

Fashion. Events. Weddings. Cars. Products. The odd aircraft. As the former creative head of two international brand agencies, I’ve provided images and unforgettable iconic content to some of the world’s leading brands.
